6. Troubleshooting
If you cannot connect the headset to the compatible mobile telephone, proceed as follows:
•Make sure that the Bluetooth function in the mobile telephone is activated.
•Make sure that the headset is switched on and is being supplied with power.
•If you use several Bluetooth devices, ensure that a previously created Bluetooth connection of the mobile telephone is disconnected.
•Make sure that the headset is located a maximum of 1 meter from the mobile telephone and that no obstacles or electronical devices are placed between them.
If these measures do not correct the problem, please contact the ap- propriate service partner for your country.
