TROUBLESHOOTING

ILDV20/ILDV30 Fireplace Insert

WARNING

Turn appliance OFF and allow to cool before servicing. Only a qualified ser- vice person should service and repair the heater.

NOTE: All troubleshooting items are listed in order of operation.

OBSERVED PROBLEM		POSSIBLE CAUSE		REMEDY

Piezo ignitor will not light the		1.	Defective ignitor	1.	Check connections to ignitor. Replace
pilot after repeated pressing					ignitor if ignitor connections are good,

					trode to pilot. Adjust and retighten.
