System Requirements, you must have:

A mains 240V power supply for the Equipment.

An active telephone line (the Service is compatible with most forms of residential telephony connection except ISDN2e)

Please Note:

Monthly monitoring charges will become payable.

Call and connection charges from the Equipment in your home to the Service using your telephone line are not included. These will be charged separately by your telephone service provider.

Additional accessories are sold separately.

To receive text message alerts you will need a mobile phone and service with text message functionality.

FOR INTERNET USERS ONLY

After six unsuccessful password attempts when logging into the Service the password is barred. You must contact support on 0870 240 1979 (call charges apply) or by emailing: bthomemonitoring-support@bt.com
