To release any control knob simply press its centre. After use knobs can be returned to the storage/safety position by pressing in the knob centre.

Cooling Fan

 

A gentle flow of air will be blown below the control panel when the oven or

 

 

 

grill is switched on. In some instances this will continue after switching the

 

 

 

oven / grill off. This is not unusual. This helps to keep the control panel and

 

 

 

knobs cool.

The oven light is switched on automatically when the fan oven control (A) is

Slow Cooking The oven has a “Slow Cook Setting” this can be used for slow cooking, keep- ing food warm and / or warming plates for a short period. Turn oven control

(A) to ‘S’.

Note: It is advisable to check that all oven controls have been switched off after you have finished using the appliance.
