7.Connecting the water line to the “shut off” valve:.

Put the tightened nut over the copper or plastic water line,.

then the compression fitting, and insert the copper (or. plastic) end inside the “shut off” valve. Make sure the. pipe end seats all the way inside the valve. Tighten. (but don’t over-tighten) the nut. Follow the descriptions.
