Descaling the machine

^When a message asking you to fill the water container with fresh tap water appears in the display, you should remove the container and rinse it out thoroughly with clean water. Make sure all traces of descaling agent are removed, and then fill it up the the k mark with clean tap water.

Empty the waste container at the same time.

Water will flow out of both spouts during the rinsing process. The drip tray will need to be emptied several times during this process.

When descaling has been completed, Programme finished will appear in the display.

The machine will run another brief rinsing programme, and is then ready for use again.

If you want to carry out descaling before being prompted to do so by the machine,

^Select "Descale" with one of the arrow sensors.

^Touch the OK sensor to start the descaling programme.
