STATEMENT OF LIMITED PRODUCT WARRANTY

Warranty Covers & Who

it Applies

How Long the Warranty Lasts

The limited warranty provided by BSH Home Appliances Thermador in this Statement of Limited Product Warranty applies only to the Thermador CIT304 CIT304GM, CIT365GB, CIT365GM, CIS365GB, ("Product") sold to you, the fir using purchaser, provided that the Product was purchased:

(nonjcommercial) use, and has in fact at all

only been

used for normal

household purposes.

DNew at retail (not a display, •as is", or previously returned model), and resale, or commercial use.

DWithin the United States or Canada, and has at all times remained with country of original purchase.

The warranties

not transferable. Thermador reserves the

right to request proof of

purchase

time any warranty claim is submitted to

confirm that the Product

falls

within

scope of this

limited

product
