5.BEFORE INSTALLATION

In order to remove all manufacturing residues, it is recommended to clean the inside of the appliance. For further information on cleaning see paragraph "9. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE".

Before using the oven for the first time, pre-heat it to maximum temperature long enough to burn any manufacturing oily residues which could give the food a bad taste. The Turbo function is recommended for this purpose .
