If it becomes necessary to stop or interrupt a |

due to excessive smoke or fire in the oven: | @ |

1. Press @. |

2. Once the oven has cooled down for approximately 1 HOUR |

and the "DOOR LOCKED" icon is no longer displayed, the |

oven door can then be opened (Figure 1). |

Adjusting Oven Temperature
The temperature in the oven has been

To adjust the oven temperature higher
1. Press | for 6 seconds (Figure 2). |
2.To increase the temperature use the number pads to enter the
desired change. (Example 30°F) Q | @ | (Figure 3). The | (_ | @ |
temperature may be increased as much as 35°F (19°C).
Note: The oven
temperature adjustments made with this feature will
not change the
DISPLAY

3.Press STARTto accept the temperature change and the display
will return to the time of day (Figure 4). Press _._ to reject the
change if necessary.
To adjust the oven temperature lower
