TROUBLE SHOOTING

Dull blades

Sharpen blades.

 

Worn or broken blades

Replace blades. (Replace pairs

Incorrect PTO speed

Be sure PTO speed is set at 540 or

 

 

1000 RPM. Make sure to check

 

 

your unit’s rated PTO speed.

 

Ground speed too fast

Reduce ground speed.

 

Drive not functioning (blades do

Check drive shaft connection.

Gearbox malfunction
