8. SETUP MODE

Setup mode is entered by placing the mode switch in the right most position. Setup mode is used to modify operational parameters of the chamber. When first entering Setup mode, the digital display should display:

f-0n (n = 1 to 10)

This first display indicates the setting for field 0. There are thirty parameter fields which can be modified. Table 8.1 shows the meaning of each field and the values each field can be assigned.
