1Press the STANDBY/ON switch to turn the unit ON.

2Press the FUNCTION button to select “TUNER”.

3Press the BAND button to select FM or AM.

4Select the station you want to listen to (auto selection).

Press and hold the TUNING button for a second or more to change frequency display continuously.

When a station is tuned in, the tuning process will stop automatically.

<Press the TUNING button to stop the auto selection.

Selecting stations which cannot be tuned automatically (manual selection).

Press the TUNING button repeatedly until you find a receivable station.

If the reception is poor

AM broadcast

Turn around the unit to find the best position for AM stations.

FM broadcast

For a good reception, turn around the antenna so that you can get the stations clearly.

<In an area where FM signals are weak, 75-ohm unbalanced-type FM antenna (3 elements or more) is recommended.
