ASTANDBY/ON switch
Press this switch to switch the unit between power on and standby.
The equipment draws nominal nonoperating power from the AC outlet with its STANDBY/ON switch in the STANDBY position.
BOPEN/CLOSE button
Press this button to open and close the CD compartment.
CTIMER/SLEEP button
Use this button to set the timer or sleep timer.
DDisplay button
Use this button to change the display mode.
ECD compartment
Press the OPEN/CLOSE button on top of the unit to open the CD compartment.

Use this button to change the repeat mode or select a preset number and station.
IMEMORY/CLOCK ADJ button
Use this button to program tracks or to adjust the clock.
JBAND button
Use this button to select FM or AM.
KFUNCTION button
Press this button to switch between CD, TUNER, and AUX.
LSpeakers (stereo)
MMUTING button
Use this button to cut the sound temporarily.
NTUNING button
Use this button to tune in a station.
OSHUFFLE button
Use this button to select shuffle playback mode.
PCD operation buttons
When TUNER is selected, these buttons won’t work.
STOP button (H)
Use this button to stop playback.
PLAY/PAUSE button (y/J)
Use this button to start or pause playback.
SKIP/SEARCH buttons (.m/,/) Press these buttons to skip tracks.
Hold down these buttons to search for a part of a track.
QVOLUME button
Use this button to adjust the volume.
RAUX IN jacks
Connect external sources to these jacks.
SFM antenna terminal
Connect

Insert the headphones plug into the PHONES jack, and adjust the volume.
UAC adaptor
