To use access control for the computers:
1Enter the PC’s description and the range of the ip addresses.
2Select to bypass the URL or Content Filter if you would like the clients to bypass the rules.(Please refer to the URL or Content Filter tab)
3Please select to block specific services or protocols.
4You may also block additional ports by listing the port range in the User Defined Blocked Ports.
5To apply a time schedule to the rule, set up a schedule rule on the Scheduled Rules tab, and then select the named rule in the
6Click Save to save the settings or Cancel to discard them.
To assign different access rights for different computers, click Add PC at the PC Privileges screen. You can create up to 10 policies.
Schedule Rules You can also schedule when PCs can access the Internet. By default, all PCs can access the internet all day, every day. The Schedule Rules work in conjuction with the PC Privileges so you can schedule when PCs can access the Internet.
