Remove a Page Type

To remove a page type from the detail report:

1.Select the page extension from the Current page types list box.

2.Click Remove.

3.Click Apply.

Add a Page Type

To add a page type in the detail report:

1.Enter the New Page Type extension.

2.Click Add to include the extension in the Current page types list box.

3.Click Apply.
