3Loosen and remove the two screws from each side of the CD-ROM drive (1) before pulling it from the chassis (2).

4Insert the CD-ROM drive into the drive bay and secure it with the screws you removed in the previous step.

5Connect the power and IDE cables to the new drive.

6Observe the post-installation instructions described on page 38.
