The following error messages are unique to the E1470A. See the

appropriate command module or VXI Controller module manual for a more

complete list of possible error m essages.

-108 “Parameternot allowed”A parameter was specified that is not valid for the

command. More than 80 channelsspecified in

command.

-222 “Dataout ofRange”Invalid numerical state parameter.

-240 “HardwareError”More than 60 msec was required for the relays to

settle.

2022 “Invalid relay number”Invalidrelay number in command

2023 “Invalid commonbank

number”Invalid<comm> parameter in command.

2024 “Invalidsourcebank

number”Invalid source n umber in <source> parameter

Combination”Even thoughthe < comm>and<source>

parameters arevalid, the combination is not valid.

The specifiedsource cannot connect to the

specifiedC OM terminal.
