ERASING TRACKS

ERASING ALL TRACKS ON A DISC

if you erase all the tracks, you cannot retrieve them again.

1 Press the MD button on the control panel and load an MD.

2 In stop mode, press the MD EDIT button repeatedly until “Erase All?” is displayed.

3 Within 10 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The display changes to “Erase?All?”.

Make sure that it is all right to erase all tracks.

To cancel erasing tracks, press the button.

4 Within 8 seconds, press the ENTER button.

“TOC Edit” is displayed and all tracks on the inserted disc

are erased.

After completion of the erasure, “Blank Disc” is displayed.

1 Press the MD button on the control panel and load an MD.

2Select or play back the track to be erased using the ++ or B button or the numbered buttons on the remote control.

3Press the MD EDIT button repeatedly so that

“Erase” is displayed.

Example:

When erasing the 3rd track

4 Within 10 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The display changes to “Erase?”.

Make sure that it is all right to erase the track. To cancel erasing the track, press the button,

5 Within 8 seconds, press the ENTER button.

The selected track is erased and all the succeeding track numbers are decreased by 1.

“TOCEdit” is displayed and the data concerning the contents of the editing are registered.
