OPERA TING INSTRUC TIONS

MA NU AL C ON TRO L OPE RATI ON

1. Press P OWER SW ITCH ￿ to t he ON position .

2. Press FAN SWITCH ￿ to high or low fan speed.

3.Set COO K TEM PERATURE THERMOS TAT ￿ to t he t emp erature desi red.

When this tempera ture is r eached , LI GHT OFF \OVEN READY indicator light ￿ will go o ut.

ALLOW A MINIMUM OF 20 MINUTES

TO PREHEAT A COLD OVEN.

4.Load p roduc t i nto t he o ven.

	For bes t result s, always load the oven	from the
	bott om to th e to p posi tion and l oad as	quickly as
￿	possible t o retain m aximum ov en com par tme nt h eat.
5.	Set COO K TIM ER ￿ by r otating the knob
	clockw ise p ast the time re quired and t hen back t o
	the desi red t ime.
	The ti mer will beg in to cou nt down . When th e
￿	time r re aches zero, th e ov en will pro duc e an au dible
	aler t si gnal that will con tinue f or t hree m inutes o r
	until the time r knob is tu rne d cou nterclockw ise to
￿	the OFF position.
COOL-DOWN MODE
	1. Press POWER SWITCH ￿ to
	the COOL DOWN posi tion.
￿	2. Open the o ven d oors.

SHUT-DOWN PROCEDURE

1. Press PO WER S WITCH ￿ to th e OFF pos ition.
