BEFOR E INITIAL USE:
Interior oven surface s must be heated to remov e surface oils and the accompan ying odor produced durin g the first use of the oven.

IN THE EVENT OF A POWE R FAIL URE:
• TURN ALL SWITCHES OFF.
• WAIT UNTIL POW ER IS RESTORE D BEF ORE ATTEMPTING TO OPERATE THE OVEN.
NOTE: If suc h an eve nt has occu rre d, it is strong ly rec omme nded that you ensure the food in the oven is safe for consu mptio n accord ing to local heal th regula tions.
Close the oven doors, press the power switch
2. to the ON position, and set the thermostat to 300°F (149°C).
Allow the oven to cycle for approx imately
3. 2 hours or until no odor is detecte d.
PREHEATING:
Always preh eat a cold oven for a minim um of 20 minutes before cookin g product. Follow the operat ing inst ruct ions indicate d on the next few pages of this manual.
