Setting Admin & User Account Logins
For security purposes, we recommend that the Network Administrator set the account profiles as part of the initial setup.

The APWeb connection on the CPU is configured at the factory with a default login for the Network Administrator and another one for the user. APWeb’s Account Profile / Site Security page is accessed by clicking the Authentication button on the APWeb Administration page.
Note: System security can also be turned on and off at the Account Profile / Site Security page (page 80).

User names and passwords are case sensitive with a maximum length of 24 characters.
The following steps assume this is the first time the Account Profile has been changed. If not, use the current user name and password instead of the defaults.
To set the User and Admin Account Logins:
1.From any page in the site, click the Administration link.
2.Under Account Profile / Site Security, click Authentication. The Account Profile / Site Security page opens.
3.Under Change User Account Login, enter none in both the Current Username and Current Password fields.
4.Enter the new user name in the New Username field.
