DIRECTORY OPERATION

Removing a Name and Number from the Directory

1Enter Directory mode and use the dial pad or Navigation buttons to find the entry for the number you wish to remove from the directory (see “Reviewing Information Stored in the Directory”).

2Press R. The screen prompts REMOVE: remove?.

3Press Ragain within three seconds to remove the entry. The screen displays:

3Press Ragain within three seconds to remove all entries. The screen displays:

Announce to all

955 phones

Deactivate Auto-Mute to answer a page

–OR -– Mute this phone while using Room Monitor

Announce over the speaker to the phone you are calling

Activate Room Monitor

Use with p to announce to all 955 phones

Activate speakerphone or headset

Connect an intercom call with an outside line, or connect two calls using outside lines

Ring another 955 phone connected to Line 1
