Note: If you press the right arrow key (>), a second screen is displayed that allows you to enable and disable the Automatic Gain Control (AGC) feature for the handset and headset connected to the 2420 telephone. It is strongly recommended that you leave the default setting unchanged; however, hearing aid users may benefit from disabling the AGC feature. Changing the default setting can adversely affect audio quality. See your system manager for more information.
