A:We will provide Center SDK in the near future.
9.Q: Does LX5000 system record audio?
A:Not for the moment, but the audio functionality is in development.
10.Q: How can I back up files?
A:You can mount the backup hard disk or RAID disk array through Adaptec’s SCSI card.
11.Q: Why it does it always record when I use a B/W camera configured with motion detection mode?
A:The motion detection sensitivity in the Recording Setup page defaults to a color camera. You need to change the camera type to be a B/W camera.
12.Q: Why does the camera name disappear from the screen?
A:Simply click on the camera name (upper left corner) again and it will show up.
13.Q: Are there any special considerations when using RAID to back up my files?
A:Remember to terminate the SCSI chain with a terminator. Also when you change the number of the hard disks, or when you swap them, you need to reset the system configuration or format the hard disk.
