5.2 Calibration Fixtures

A gas and a draft fixture will be required to perform the various calibra- tion procedures described in this manual.

Material Required:

•Calibration Kit (Refer to Section 8.2)

•Calibration Gas Cylinder (Refer to Section 8.2)

•Bellows

•Micromanometer

Procedure:

Assemble the appropriate fixture, shown in Figure 5-1, as required by the calibration procedure being performed.
