Specification (Sub-Field1) (Sub-Field2) (Sub-Field2)

In this format pattern, the specification for subfields B and C are the same. ie, Sub-Field2. If this pattern is entered, only one instance of Sub-Field2will be created, though the format indicates 3 subfields, which is not correct. In order to avoid this, the specification of the subfields should be made distinct. (Here, the specification for subfields B and C). This is shown in the following example.

Field 69a present in message format MT564 refers to Period. Its two subfield specifications Date are changed to imply their meaning as Start Date and End Date.
