From left to right, each LED indicates:

1st LED: U-Boot init

2nd LED: Kernel loaded with good CRC

3rd LED: Board init

4th LED: Serial port

5th LED: Ethernet

6th LED: NOR Flash

7th LED: NAND Flash

8th LED: Root file-system mounted. Starting initialization process
