Tip: To change the way you view your files and folders, tap to view them as a list or to view them as a grid.

Tap > .

•To change the way files and folders are sorted, tap Sort > Name, Date, Type, or Size.

•To change the order of your files and folders, tap Order > Ascending, or Descending.

Select multiple files

1.Tap .

2.Tap .

3.Tap the items that you want to select.

To deselect an item that you have tapped in error, tap the item again.

Transferring files

Share files

1.Touch and hold a file.

2.Tap .

3.Choose a destination.

Tip: To share multiple files, tap > . Tap the files you want to share. Tap .

Move a file

1.Touch and hold a file or folder.

2.Tap .

3.Navigate to where you want to move the file.

4.Tap Move.

Copy a file

1.Touch and hold a file or folder.

2.Tap .

3.Navigate to where you want to copy the file or folder.

4.Tap Paste.

Working with files stored in the cloud

Retrieve files saved to the cloud

If you are logged in to a cloud application on your BlackBerry device, you can use File Manager to access files that you have stored in the cloud. To retrieve a file you have saved to the cloud:
