The BlackBerry Virtual Expert app guides you through troubleshooting tests that are designed to help
you identify a hardware-related problem.

Before you use the app, keep the accessories you use with your device on hand, such as headphones,
so that you can do a full assessment.
Depending on your device model, you can check the following components and functions on your
device:
