3.Enter the One-Touch, Speed- Dial,orgroupnumber,oneafter

4.Press Start and the fax machine will read the documents into memory, and then start sending faxes to all the numbers you entered.

Usethisfunctiontosendseveraldifferentfaxestoseveraldistinationsatonce.Forexample,you canautomaticallyfax“DocumentA”toonedestinationand“DocumentB”toanotherdestination.

This is not to be confused with Broadcasting, which is sending the same document to many destinations.

Ifyouwish,youcancombinethisfunctionwithbroadcastingsoyoucanfaxdifferentdocuments todifferentlistsofpeopleatthesametime.Todothis,storevarioussetsofdocumentsinmemory. Then, for example, you can automatically fax “Document A” to one list of people and “Document B”toanotherlistofpeople.Youcanpreset3differentdocuments(includingtimertransmission) inmemory;ifyousetonetimertransmission,multipletransmissionsareavailablefortwoother destination,

If you press only SuperQ.Scan instead of Shift+SuperQ.Scan for the last document, your fax machinewillstartdialingwithoutwaitingfor30seconds.
