SENDING FAXES ADVANCED FAX TRANSMISSIONS

3.Enter the fax number. (Or enter a series of numbers if you are broadcasting.)

4.Press Start to start scanning documents.

5.Insert “Document B” within 30 seconds after “Document A” has been scanned. (If you wait more than 30 seconds to scan another document, the machine will begin tosenddocument“A”.)RepeatStep 2,3,4,fordocument“B”.

6.RepeatSteps1,2,3,4fordocument “C”.

7.After30seconds,yourfaxmachine will start sending the documents inscannedorder.

After scanning documents, your fax machine will start sending them in scanned order.

Interrupting the Timer and Polled Job

You can send a fax without canceling the Timer (see page 6-7~8)or Polled Waiting with documents inthefeeder(seepage 9-2~3)by“interrupting” it.Whenyou interrupt theTimerto senda“new”setofdocuments,thefaxmachinedoesnotautomaticallyredialthenumberifitwas busy.Also,youcannotusethefunctionmodeifyouhaveinterruptedtheTimerorPolledWaiting.

Example: TIMER WAITING with a document in the feeder.

KEYSTOPRESS

1.Press Function.

2.Press0.

3.Waitfortwoseconds.

4.Remove documents from the fax machine.

5.Placethe“new”documentsintothe feeder.

6.Enter the new fax number for the documents you are sending now, thenpressStart.
