Loading envelopes, labels, post cards or other print media in the multi-purpose tray (MP tray)

You can load up to 3 envelopes or special print media in the MP tray or up to 50 sheets of plain paper. Use this tray to print or copy on thick paper, envelopes, labels or post cards.

Before loading, press the corners and sides of the envelopes to make them as flat as possible.

a Unfold the output paper tray support flap (1).

b Open the MP tray and lower it gently.

d Put up to 3 envelopes, thick paper, labels or post cards in the MP tray with the top edge first and the print side face up.
