What is the Brother print server (NC-2010p)

An optional Network print server Brother NC-2010p is available, which allows your printer to be connected to your network via the parallel interface.

Brother print servers allow multiple host computers to share a Brother printer on a 10 Mbit Ethernet network. Any user can print their job as if the printer was directly connected to their computer. No special software is required on the host computers and users on DEC, UNIX, Novell, AppleTalk, LAN Server/Warp Server, Windows NT, Windows 95/98, NetBIOS and Banyan VINES computers can simultaneously access the same printer.
