5Press . The selected file appears in

the display.

To delete a file that has been saved:

1Press .

2Press or until 9 moves beside

DELETE.

3Press .

4Select the file that you want to delete.

To scan through the saved files, press

or .

To search for a specific file, type in a part of

the name of the desired file, and then press

. The files with names containing

the text that you searched for are found and

the first file is displayed. If more than one

file is found, press or until the file

that you want to delete is displayed, or hold

down and press to select all of

the found files.

5Press .

6Press or until 9 moves beside OK.

7Press . The selected file is deleted.

NOTE

When a file created using a template is opened, it is

opened in Template mode.

To return to the previous screen without making
any changes, press .
