Accessing the AnsweringMachine or Call Director fromanother telephone
You can call your Ultimate 106 from an outside
telephone to operate the answering machine or to
access messages in your individual Call Director
voice mailbox.
You need a 4-digit PIN number to access the
Answering Machine.

hold the line, you have 30 minutes of

record time remaining”.
If new messages have been received,
when you lift any handset the dialtone
changes to a higher pitch. The LED on
the Ultimate 106 will also be illuminated.

Press 7to play your messages. If you
have no messages your Ultimate106 will
announce “No messages”, otherwise it
will announce “You have Xmessages”
the message will then be played.
