You can hold a 3-way conversation
between 2-extensions and one
external caller.
During an external call:
RECALL
To put the caller on hold.

Enter the 2-digit number for the
extension you want (11-16).
RECALL
When the extension answers.
You can now talk to both callers at the
same time.
You can forward calls from one
extension to another.
Lift the handset of the extension you
want calls forwarded from:

Enter the number of the extension to
which you want your calls forwarded
(1-6).

voice announces “Extension divert
is set”.

An external call may be placed on hold
while you do something else. You can
set your Ultimate 106 to play music or
a message automatically to callers on
hold (see page 17). Your caller will not
be able to hear you until you take the
call off hold.

You can transfer an external call to any
other extension in your system.

Enter the extension number you want.
11 to 16. When the called extension
answers, you can communicate with
them.
Hang up to transfer the call.

QUICK TRANSFER
To transfer a call without talking to the other
extension, press the Recall button, the extension
number and then hang up.
If there is no answer from the extension you
dialled within 30 seconds, the caller will be
returned to your extension which will ring.
