Important: this equipment is not designed for making
emergency telephone calls when the power fails.
Alternative arrangements should be made for access

General
• Only use the power supply included with the product.
Using an unauthorised power supply will invalidate
your guarantee and may damage the telephone.
The item code for the power supply is 044729,
044730 or 044732.
Check the item code originally supplied before ordering
a new one.
• For the handset use only approved AAA Nickel Metal
Hydride (Ni-MH) rechargeable batteries. Never use other
batteries or conventional alkaline batteries.
They could lead to a short circuit or destroy the
battery casing.
• Recommended batteries should have a power rating
of 750mAh 1.2v or greater mAh. You should always
replace both batteries at the same time and use the
rating supplied originally.
• Do not open the handset (other than to change
batteries). This could expose you to high voltages or
other risks. Contact the Helpline for all repairs.
