Print Settings/Transfer Settings
You can select images o n a memory card fo r printing and specif y
the number of print copies in advanc e using the camera. The
settings used on the camera co mply with the Digital Prin t Order
Format (DPOF) standar ds. This is extre mely convenient for printing
on a direct print compatible p rinter, or for sending the images to a
photo developing servic e that supports DPO F.
Setting the DPOF Print Setting
The icon may display for a memory card with print
settings set by a different DPOF-compliant camera. These
settings will be overwritten by t hose set by your camera.
Select Images & Qty. Configures print settings for single images as
you view them.
Select by Date Configures print settings for images
corresponding to the select ed date.
Select by Category Configures print settings for images in th e
selected category.
Select by Folder Configures print settings for images in th e
selected folder.
Select All Images Configures print settings for all images.
Clear All Selections Removes all print settings from images.
Print settings are configu red for each image in dividually. With
the [Select Images & Qty.] option, you can only set the
number of copies to print when the [P rint Type] option is set to
[Standard] or [Both] (p. 137).
