Very slow capturing of a CD or CD+G song in PC.

JBManager program does not recognize a recordable CD-ROM drive as CD+G compatible (In. Step 2 of JBManager program, the square box for Send Graphic Files is grayed out).

"C++ Error" or other error messages when transferring files from PC to JB-99.

“NO DISC” message when trying to download songs from DataCD.

Incorrect installation of JBManager program or CD-ROM drive.

Limit over in number of song files selected for transfer.

parallel port is regularly used

to patrol for the printer status, thus interrupting the communication between PC and JB-99. While transferring data, divert the printer settings of each printer located in the printer folder (in Control Panel) to ports other than LPT1.

Close other programs running in PC

Be sure to close any generic CD player programs which may. have started automatically with

the insertion of a disc into CD-ROM drive.

See 12.SPECIFICATION for a list of compatible recordable CD-ROM drive.

Uninstall completely and then reinstall the JBManager program and the CD-ROM drive.

Select only 100 or less songs for transfer to JB-99 at any one time.

Check the disc format to be ISO9660 and Mod 2:CDROM XA. Also check that the song files and Juke.txt file are correctly named and prepared.

Write only 100 or less songs for download per DataCD.
