Chapter 4 Configuring PPP over ATM with NAT

Configure the Dialer Interface

Purpose

dialer-group group-number

Assigns the dialer interface to a dialer group

 

 

(1–10).

 

 

Example:

exit

Exits the dialer 0 interface configuration.

dialer-listdialer-group protocol protocol-name

Creates a dialer list and associates a dial group

 

{permit deny list access-list-number

with it. Packets are then forwarded through the

 

access-group}

specified interface dialer group.
