No concentrate dis- pensed, water only

Excessive remnant left in empty concen- trate pouch

Concentrate refill light comes on prema- turely

Concentrate refill light does not come on at all

Dispense tube not fully engaged into recepta- cle on concentrate pouch

Dispense tube discon- nected from mixing chamber

Slide block on pump in open position

Switch on pump platform in FLUSH position

Concentrate too cold, not properly thawed

Defective pump motor

Concentrate pouch improp- erly thawed

Concentrate pouch and/or dispense tube improp- erly installed

Concentrate pouch improp- erly thawed

Concentrate pouch and/or dispense tube improp- erly installed

Loose wiring

Bad VRB board

Bad pump motor

Pump improperly locked or pump is open

Run/flush switch is in the FLUSH position

Close and lock the slide block. Refer to Concentrate Loading section of this manual

Move switch to RUN position

Concentrate should be 34oF -40 oF (1.1 oC –4.5 oC) prior to loading

Replace pump motor

Concentrate should be 34oF -40 oF (1.1 oC –4.5 oC) prior to loading

Refer to Concentrate Loading sec- tion of this manual

Concentrate should be 34oF -40 oF

(1.1 oC –4.5 oC) prior to load- ing.

Refer to concentrate loading sec- tion of this manual

Check wiring connections between the pump motor and the VRB board

Replace VRB board

Replace pump motor

Close and lock Pump

Move switch to the RUN position
