If you cannot play a DVD movie
ENSURE THAT WINDOWS RECOGNIZES THE DRIVE— In Windows XP, Click the Start button, and then click My Computer. In Windows 2000, double- click the My Computer icon on the Windows desktop. If the floppy drive is not listed, perform a full scan with your antivirus software to check for and remove viruses. Viruses can sometimes prevent Windows from recognizing the drive.
