Connecting the iPod

 

Turn on the TV’s power. Set the TV’s input

Music on your iPod can be played by connecting the iPod to the 3 function to the ADV-S101 input.

the buttons on the remote control unit and on the main unit.

Basic Operation

Connect to the ADV-S101’s iPod connector in this direction.

Connect the ADV-S101 with the iPod with the marked side of the connector facing up.

1 Connect the ADV-S101 and iPod using the included iPod cable.

• Turn the iPod’s power on.

2 Press the FUNCTION button on the main unit or AUX button on the remote control unit to select “IN iPod”

NOTE:

•With the S-101, only iPod can be operated with the S-101’s remote control unit and the buttons on the main unit. In this case it is not possible to operate using the S-101’s remote control unit and the buttons on the main unit, but it is possible to play the tracks on the iPod.

•If the screen in step 3 is not displayed, the iPod may not be properly connected. Reconnect it.

•The maximum battery charge output from the iPod connector is 8W.
