4 Press the CURSOR 0 or 1 button to select “LOW”, “MID” or “HIGH” for the “ROOM DAMPING” mode, then press the ENTER ª button.
LOW:
Select this for rooms with many hard walls and strong reverberations (when the treble sound seems strong).
MID (Factory default):
Select this for rooms for which neither “LOW” or “HIGH” apply.
HIGH:
Select this for rooms with thick curtains and little reverberation (when the treble sound seems weak).
5 Press the CURSOR ª button to select “SETUP
MENU”, then press the ENTER button.
• The “SPEAKER SETUP” screen appears.
6 Press the CURSOR ª button to select “NEXT
SETUP MENU”, then press the ENTER to enter the setting.
• The next screen in the “SETUP” menu screen appears.
Setting “RATINGS”
1 Press the CURSOR 0 or 1 button to select “RATINGS” icon, then press the ENTER button.
• The “RATINGS” menu screen appears.
2 Press the CURSOR • or ª button to select the desired setting item, then press the ENTER button.
RATING LEVEL:
Use this to restrict playback of adult DVDs you do not want children to view. Note that even with adult DVDs, viewing cannot be restricted unless the restriction level is recorded on the disc.
It is however possible to disable playback of all DVDs.
PASSWORD:
Use this to change the password.
The set’s password is set to “0000” by default.
