Setting “OTHER SETUP”
1 Press the CURSOR 0 or 1 button to select “OTHER SETUP” icon, then press the ENTER button.
• The “OTHER SETUP” menu screen appears.
It is not possible to select “DISPLAY” when “DIM SENSOR” is set to “ON”.

2 Press the CURSOR • or ª button to select the desired setting item, then press the ENTER button.
CAPTIONS:
Set whether or not to display the closed captions (subtitles) recorded on the DVD. (A caption decoder (commercially available) is required to display captions.)
WALL PAPER:
Use this to select the image to be shown on the screen in the stop mode and CD play mode.
DIM SENSOR:
Use to set the adjustment mode for adjusting the brightness of the main unit’s display and buttons.
DISPLAY:
Use to set the brightness of the main unit’s display and buttons in the manual mode.
SLIDE SHOW:
Set the time interval for switching to the next still image (in JPEG format) when playing slides.
AUTO POWER MODE:
Setting the power to the standby mode automatically if no operation is performed for 30 minutes when the function is set to DVD. Here set whether to use this function or not.
SCREEN SAVER:
Use to set the screen saver function to on or off.
