System Setup
Setting “LANGUAGE SETUP”
1 Press the CURSOR 0 or 1 button to select “LANGUAGE SETUP” icon, then press the ENTER button.
• The “LANGUAGE SETUP” menu screen appears.
2 Press the CURSOR • or ª button to select the desired setting item, then press the ENTER button.
OSD LANGUAGE:
Use to set the language of the OSD screen.
DIALOG:
Use this to set the language of the sound output from the speakers.
3 When “OSD LANGUAGE” is selected:
Press the CURSOR • or ª button to select the
button.
The language set here is reflected on the dialog, subtitle and disc menus.

3 When “SUBTITLE” is selected:

When “OTHERS” is selected, refer to the “Language code
list” ( 
page 48) and use the NUMBER buttons to input the code number.
3 When “DISC MENUS” is selected:
Press the CURSOR • or ª button to select the
button.
SUBTITLE:
Use this to set the language of the subtitles displayed on the TV.
DISC MENUS:
Use this to set the language of the menus recorded on the disc (top menu, etc.).
When “OTHERS” is selected, refer to the “Language code
list” ( 
page 48) and use the NUMBER buttons to input the code number.

4 Press the CURSOR ª button to select “NEXT
SETUP MENU”, then press the ENTER button to enter the setting.
• The next screen in the “SETUP” menu screen appears.
