Oven Functions
The oven has the following functions:

| and for toasting. |
Keep warm | To keep dishes warm. |
Defrost | For defrosting e. g. flans and gateaux, butter, bread, fruit or |
| other frozen foods. |
Bottom heat | For baking cakes with crispy or crusty bases. |
