Handling precautions

Always pay attention to the following handling precautions before installing the option.

❏The 500-sheet paper cassette unit weighs approximately 11.7 kg (25.8 lb) or the 1000-sheet paper cassette unit weighs approximately 19.0 kg (41.9 lb); always lift it with two or more people.

❏When installing this option on the printer, make sure to lock the two casters at the front of the unit.
