Install TransferUnit
There is no transfer unit installed or the transfer unit is not installed properly. Turn off the printer and install the transfer unit if it is not installed.
If a transfer unit is already installed, turn off the printer, open cover A, and remove the transfer unit. Then reinstall the unit properly and close cover A. The error clears automatically if the transfer unit is properly installed.
Install xxxx TnrCart
The indicated toner cartridges are not installed in the printer or the protective tape has not been removed from a toner cartridge. (The letters C, M, Y, or K appear in place of XXXX and indicate the colors Cyan, Magenta, Yellow, and Black respectively.)
Install the indicated cartridges. See “Toner Cartridge” on page
181.If the protective tape has not been removed from a toner cartridge, turn the toner cartridge knobs to the unlocked position and then return to the locked position. Then remove the protective tape from the toner cartridge. If that fails to clear the error, turn the printer off and back on again.
Invalid Data
The next job is printed when you delete a spool file or the data in the spooler of the host. This error also occurs when received data is incorrect.
To continue printing, press the Start/Stop button. The printer starts printing again from the next page. To clear this error, delete the data left in the printer by pressing the Cancel Job button after deleting the spool file in the driver.
Note:
❏When this error occurs, the job data that caused the error is deleted.
