Problems and Solutions
Most printer problems have simple solutions. Look through this section to find the kind of problem you have, then try the recommended solutions in the order they are presented until your problem is solved.

Paper jam
The printer stops and the Feed Jam message.1.Open the front cover. Carefully remove all the paper in the MP tray along with any sheets that have fed part way into the printer.
2.Open the printer cover. Be sure to remove any pieces of paper that may have torn off or are remaining in the printer.
